Sales Tax and DDP Delivery Policy

Ⅰ. Pricing and Composition

  • The platform follows the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, with all taxes and fees included in the price at the time of purchase.

  • The final amount due is the total confirmed on the checkout page, with no additional payment required upon delivery.

Ⅲ. Australian GST Information

  • As per Australian law, orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • GST is already included in the product price or total at checkout.

  • If there are changes in tax rules or rates, the display of prices will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Customers are not required to separately declare the GST amount collected or included by the platform.

Ⅳ. DDP Delivery

  • All orders are shipped under the DDP model, with customs duties and taxes cleared before arriving in Australia, meaning no further payment or customs clearance is needed upon receipt.

  • Shipping services are provided by DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with full tracking available.

  • In case of address errors, delivery failures, or customs checks, customer support will assist promptly.

Ⅴ. Shipping, Costs, and Timeline

  • Order processing time:

    • Orders paid by 6:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing on the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the following day.

    • Orders paid on weekends or holidays will automatically be processed on the next working day.

  • Shipping time: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after processing.

  • Estimated delivery time: Expected within 6-15 business days, depending on customs, weather, and shipping conditions.

  • Shipping costs:

    • Orders with a total amount equal to or exceeding AUD 137.80 qualify for free shipping.

    • For orders with a total amount below AUD 137.80, a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.22 applies.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees caused by incorrect delivery information provided.

  • Each shipment will include a commercial invoice and necessary customs documents, including:

    • Commercial invoice (electronic or paper)
