Order Cancellation Policy

Ⅰ. Scope of Policy

  • This policy applies to orders within Australia.

Ⅱ. Conditions for Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of payment, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once an order is in the shipping process, it is considered dispatched, and cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Cancellations are only allowed if the order has not been processed or shipped.

Ⅲ. Non-Cancelable Orders

  • Orders that have been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier cannot be cancelled.

  • If the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect, causing delivery failure, cancellation is not possible.

  • Even if the order is shipped, you can still request after-sales support for returns or refunds once the item is received, as per our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

    • Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or receipt)

    • A brief reason for the cancellation request

  • Refunds typically apply only to orders that have not been shipped, or in certain cases, if the item is successfully intercepted or returned.
